Executive Chef

Raised in Hagaman, Chef Fisher began his culinary experience at the age of 16 from washing dishes to watching and learning. He then attended culinary arts at FM Boces for two years after that he decided it was time to get into the field. After four years of hands-on experience his parents and himself decided to take on this restaurant. He spent many hours of carpentry work making this restaurant as presentable and efficient as it is. Chef Fisher specializes in making sure everything is done the right way with no cut corners as well as ensuring every customer is happy and satisfied when they leave the building.
